The second half of version 3.3 belongs to Severian, a new S-Rank Wind Attack Agent. His Signal Search, “Answers in the Wind”, is expected to open on November 11, 2026, alongside his signature W-Engine Incarcerating Grip. Community trackers also list Norma in Phase 2.
